The exhibition ‘Zien & Geloven. Zintuiglijke ervaring in de late middeleeuwen’ can be visited at the Rijksmuseum Twenthe (NL) until May 4, 2025.

The exhibition focuses on art and faith from the late Middle Ages. It takes visitors back to a time when religion was experienced with all the senses. Artworks were not only admired with the eyes, but also heard, touched, smelled, and even tasted.

For this exhibition, Bruns supplied 15 glass domes on pedestals in different sizes. Under these domes, loaned objects from other museums, mostly medieval artifacts, are displayed. The glass domes will remain reusable after the exhibition for the museum’s changing collection.
