The old town hall on the market square in Mol (BE), has been completely renovated.

The new experience centre on the ground floor welcomes tourists and residents for information about the region. Visitors can explore ‘in the mayor’s cabinet’ and experience all kinds of interactive elements such as a discovery wall.

Respecting the historical layout and the prestigious stairwell, a great openness was created between the different spaces on the ground floor. Upon entering, a completely new counter has been realised, according to Wondering’s design. Also a seating area, an interactive wall and in cooperation with CREATE.eu an information screen. On the first floor, the office has also been redecorated with second-hand furniture incorporating interactive elements.
